November 2019 key information

  • 21 June 2019: Registration for November 2019 series commences and closes on 9 August 2019
  • 1 July 2019: Deadline for sending application for modified papers
  • 1 July 2019: Deadline for application for non-delegated access arrangements
  • 9 September 2019: Late entry application commences and closes on 17 September 2019

Practical examinations

  • Practical exams are administers in JOHANNESBURG ONLY for this exam series
  • Please do not apply for a practical component that is not available on the pricelist
  • For practical exams in Cape Town please visit the Cambridge International website for a list of school in Cape Town that can administer practical exams. You are kindly requested to register for the practical component directly with the respective school

Exam locations

All private candidates can register to sit for British Council Cambridge International Exams in Johannesburg or Cape Town with the exception of practical exams in Cape Town.   

Please note practical spaces are limited

The venue address will be communicated to all candidates as they receive Statement of Entries.

  • A completed the application form below
  • An ID/Passport sized photograph
  • A copy of a South African ID Book/ID Card or a valid Passport; a birth certificate for applicants under the age of 16
  • Proof of payment
