Register

British Council does not take registrations. You must register directly with ACCA once you have confirmed your membership w ith them.

Results

Results are made available on the My ACCA portal.

 

How to pay

At the exam

Please bring the following with you to your exam session:

  • Membership card or identification such as ID book or passport
  • Exam docket
  • Pens, pencils in a CLEAR bag
  • Basic calculator
  • No electronic devices. e.g. mobile phone, etc.

Refunds

We will only consider application for refunds, if you are unable to attend the examination on the following grounds:

  • Medical - hospital admissions or serious injury
  • Loss or bereavement - death of parents, guardian, brother/sister or child
  • Hardship/trauma - victim of crime, victim of traffic accident

Refunds will not be issued for incorrect choice of examination or subject choice. Applications for refunds must be made within 14 days of your exam date. Application made after this time will not be considered. All applications attract an administration fee of 25% of the exam fee paid.

 APPLYING FOR A REFUND

 The following documentation needs to be submitted to enable us to process your refund:

  • Refund application form (available from British Council).
  • Original bank deposit slip, receipt or payment confirmation.
  • Copy of photo identity document.
  • Documentation supporting your grounds for refund (medical certificate, death certificate or police report).

ISSUING REFUNDS 

Refund applications take 10 working days to process, we will contact you to notify you of the outcome of your application. Refunds shall be issued by cheque or electronic fund transfer into applicant's account. Refunds shall not be issued to third parties unless the student authorises us to do so in writing.

Candidates with special needs

The British Council makes every effort to cater for candidates with special needs. Should you require assistance in this area, please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to advise you on the options available. Please note that it can take up to 3 months for some arrangements to be put in place.
